The insurance agency is very good, they always have a good customer service, Mr. Juan Palomo gets me a reasonable prices on my car and apartment policy.

I spoke with Diana the other day about some questions I had regarding my auto policy, she was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions within a timely manner. She went out of her way to ensure I was eligible for a discount as well as explain the coverages I was paying for. I highly recommend her and appreciate the knowledge and patience she was able to provide. Not to mention, State Farm’s system (the app and website as well) was down and she gave me a follow up call as soon as it was back up to assist me. Awesome service!
